Female YSPH faculty respondents report more sense of community and belonging at Yale than male YSPH faculty, but also disagree more strongly. Non-binary/transgender/rather not say/self-identified YSPH faculty respondents report the least sense of community and belonging at Yale.

Female and male YSPH faculty are similarly likely to recommend Yale as a place to work, and non-binary/transgender/rather not say/self-identified YSPH faculty much less likely.
