A majority of NUR faculty respondents report feeling that they are treated respectfully by students and trainees.

A majority of NUR faculty said that they never or rarely felt insulted or threatened based on their social identity. Yale will continue to work toward a goal for all members of the faculty to experience an environment of mutual respect.
