Summary of responses
The vast majority of LAW faculty feel that they are treated respectfully by students and trainees.

A majority of LAW faculty said that they never or rarely felt insulted or threatened based on their social identity, but some faculty respondents report feeling insulted or threatened within the school often or very often. Yale will continue to work toward a goal for all members of the faculty to experience an environment of mutual respect.

Female LAW faculty respondents report more frequencies of threats and insults in and out of their school, especially within the school.
